Hi there any ideas for small flowering plants to put in my small "woodland" feature i am just starting

I assume you mean in shade as it's woodland. Tiarella http://www.telegraph.co.uk/gardening/howtogrow/8390534/How-to-grow-Tiarella-Spring-Symphony.html pulmonarias, anemone blanda, forget me nots, Brunnera "Jack Frost", snowdrops, violas, bluebells. In my shady bit I put in a few annuals for summer colour, BusyLizzies and bedding begonias.
can I add epimedium, and , of course, hostas. lol
