HELP

 Hi Everyone, Can anyone tell me if these are weeds, they are growing in the garden where the birds eat their seeds.  The one on left looks lovely and one on right looks like a triffid its over 3ft high. Are they poisionous or not? Sorry I can't turn the pictures round don't no how to.
