Wisteria not flowering

My wisteria flowers satisfactorily each year, but it hadn't done so this year - it is just putting on lots of leaves. It gets pruned properly and there doesn't seem to be anything obvious. Please can you help

have you overfed it?
I don't think so. It gets mulched in the spring with composted manure but then is pretty much on its own, other than watering
