    Hi Kay - this is a pic of the plant I bought - what do you reckon?  It looks very similar to the first one.  It's got white pom pom like flowers.

    I feel naughty disagreeing with those voting for alliums as I wouldn't normally have a clue but it looks so similar I'm going to stick my neck out on this one  image

    How funny, I looked up armeria girardii as I only know maritime and found this clear photo which shows very different leaves http://www.sesnng.fr/botanique/armeria-girardii/  I only looked up Joystick and only found red ones. There isn't a lot about them on Google.

    My first thought on 1. was armeria but then I looked at the leaves and thought bulb.
