Flea Beetles / Arugula

I need help.  I have tons of arugula in my garden.  My family and I love the leaves.  However, they are all infested by flea beetles.  Could anyone share whether we can still consume the leaves (with or without cooking)?  I appreciate your advice on this.

seriously i would think if you wash the leaves in a couple of changes of water you'll get rid of most of them - i remember my gran used to soak her cabbage in water with salt to get rid of the caterpillars but I think soaking leaches out too many vitamins tbh

If I have insects on salad leaves I leave them to soak in some cold salty water for a few minutes, then rinse well and drain.  I don't think that soaking for up to 5 mins will leach out significant amounts of vitamins - just don't cut the leaves up before soaking.
