Top Soil or no Top Soil...that is the question

So folks - I've nearly finished removing all the old Turf - Can someone point me or tell me whats next please? (am new to old this green fingering)
Please see picture attached of where the garden is at at the moment..
I would like to turf if so if anyone can give me some hints tips (maybe some ideas where to get cheap turf from too) I would really appreciate it!

First thing you need to do is rake it level, including breaking up any lumps. Then shuffle back and forward all over it to give a firm base to put the turf onto.
Don't buy the cheapest turf you can find as it will generally be meadow grass and full of weeks.
