Please help identify this plant

Good Morning Good people of Garderner's Wold

Please can someone help me identify this plant. It is coming  through the conifer hedge from our next door neighbour. Before i go and cut it off  i need to know if it is weed? I

t seems like a climber to me.

    Hi Preksha

    have just popped out to take a photo of my winter flowering jasmine.  Looks the same as yours. Shiney glossy leaves with lots coming from the base. Lovely yellow flowers in winter when nothing else is doing much. really pretty.

    Doesn't look like a laburnum to me - wrong type of growth habit.
