Thanks, I have the sambucus variety elsewhere and it is really lovely in flower I didn't realise they were related! Maybe I should get rid of it - I don't want to attract pests - but I thought it might work on a dark N facing fence that overlooks an ugly building - thug like qualities might be useful for this spot.

I'll give it a go on the dark fence if it can grow there without any fuss then it is welcome!
