Sorry this is my first post and I seem to have lost the text!
Can anyone help me identify the mystery plant in my garden. Its a herbaceous perrenial that stands about 4-5ft high with white cow parsley type flowers in mid june. I brought it at a school fair! 4-5 years ago and its been very well behaved and looks lovely.
looks like you've got yourself Achillea grandiflora there. It's a big old plant so make sure it's not growing too close to anything you treasure. It will muscle them out of the way. Fab though.

I'm sorry but I don't see a picture. Could it possibly be Crambe cordifolia?
Thanks Flowerchild technical hitch.
Its not Crambe as I have that as well I will try and put the picture on again
Not sure from the picture but could be Jacobs ladder?????
I think it is Angelica archangelica, Garden Angelica.
I can see where you are coming from but the leaves are finer than angelica and the plant is bigger than Javcobs Ladder (polemonium?).
I will wait for it to flower in a few weeks time and post again.
Ok Sallysgarden, we'll keep an eye out for it. BTW, would it be possible to enlarge the picture. That could make it clearer to us.
Might you find it in this website?

Thanks Figrat, you have helped me remember the name of a plant we bought many years ago and lost the label.
Molopospermum peloponnesiacum. Mouthful ain't it?
