Should I deadhead the daffodils now they have gone over and if so should I cut or pull the heads off?

Yes, take off the swelling seedpods - I snap them off but you can cut them. Leave the leaves to die down and feed the bulb. Give a sprinkling of Fish Blood & Bone or similar and a good watering if we don't get some heavy rain.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
