Hello. My oak tree is covered in these wierd little berry-like globs that are green and red and look like unripe blueberries (about the same size too) and there seems to be a worm or something right at the centre. Anyone know what it is and how to deal with it?

It doesn't need to be dealt with. Oak trees have survived so far without human intervention.
