? Do tomatos need to be pollinated by bees

I have sown some and they are growing sucessfully in my conservatory and placed them outside just for a couple of days and brought them in at night

Tomatoes are self-pollinating but you can help by gently brushing you hand over the flowers or shaking/tapping the stems.  Insects can help of course but they aren't crucial.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
