I am interested in a plant that I can only find on ebay in the US. It is called Carissa grandiflora or Nepal plum. What are the laws pertaining to the import of these seeds and do you have any advice about growing this plant. I intend on growing it in a pot. Thank you.

I think you mean Natal plum a South African plant, some useful info here www.hartley-botanic.co.uk/featured-blogs/bob-flowerdew/27-natal-plums Seems like you should be able to find seeds in the UK but if not then buying small quantities of seed is easy enough.
