Hi Everyone image

Just wanting to find out about planting sweet peas in pots... what size pots do I need? Does anyone know? Do they need to be quite tall pots? What size diameter etc.?

Also, the same questions for hollyhocks???

Thanks so much image

So much to read there David K!! Haha! So, if I'm planting sweet peas to actually grow in pots... what size would I need?

Kay - 46cm (18in) deep if you can....something like those half-barrels would be good.

Well, that would rather depend on the size of the pot (says I who have never grown sweet peas in a pot in my life).....however, I have planted them in wigwams in the open ground and I've found spacing 15cm (6ins) apart works quite well.
