Moving apple tree

Afternoon all,

Within the next couple of months we're having our patio rebuilt and there are two small trees - one apple, one not sure! - that need to be moved.  They are both about 8 ft tall (we inherited one tree and I planted the apple tree about three years ago so it's not huge but it is now established).

Given I have a window of around 8 weeks to move them is there a 'better' time within this window to consider moving them?  The apple tree is about to come in to blossom - best to move now or once it has already produced all the blossom?

I know ordinarily you should move trees when they are dormant but I don't have that option unfortunately!

Thanks in advance...
