I think it's one of those plants we buy to fill pots in the summer and don't expect them to survive the winter ......... but what it's called ........

Mines also a vote for osteospermum, especially if the foliage has a strong smell.
The foliage slightly resembles Aubretia. But the flower does look Osteospermum-ish
