watercress

Hi, I have got some seeds for watercress, that i bought fro,m the good food show in november. Could any one tell me how to grow them?

They self seed easily in the pond edge so I'd set them in very wet compost,
Mine were originally in a bag from Sainsbury's not from seed

I've grown it in troughs with no drainage holes, it did better in "self watering" troughs where I could tip water out and re wet the lot so it didn't have roots in old water. Keep in semi shade. Well worth a go.
Some years it's a bit overwhelming in the pond.
