When is the best time to plant the lavender plugs I have grown from last year?

I bought some Lavender plugs from gardeners world magazine last year and have since grown them, they are looking great so I was just wondering when the best time to plant them was image

    if they have been in a greenhouse, harden them off for a week. If they have been outside, and your soil is workable, plant them now.

  • They have been in a greenhouse over winter and have now been outside hardening off. I was thinking April/may when the frosts have passed....
