Can anyone please identify this plant/weed that seems to be popping up everywhere in my garden?

Many Thanks,

I'm pretty sure it's the Common Field Speedwell, known to us when children as 'Bird's Eye' because of it's pretty blue flowers.  It's a common weed of cultivated soil - frequent use of the hoe to remove seedlings will deal with it. image
