Hi, I must say the seed and potting compost I have bought this year to start my seedlings off has been very bad......germination slow and weak and that goes for anything potted on.....anyone had the same problem?
What brand are you using?
I have bought Arthur Bowers John Inness seed and multipurpose compost and it is awful (sorry Mr Bowers)
I have the same seed compost, I had to sieve out all the big bits before I could use it. I haven't noticed any slow germination in it though
