Persimmon fruit

With the popularity of the persimmon fruit flooding the supermarkets this year I have enjoyed buying and eating lots of them. Only one fruit contained seeds and I planted the six in a small pot to see what happened. Much to my surprise I now have four seedings with six leaves. Where do I go from here ?
