Don't touch their plants, I ordered and received their new bare root Geums 6 for £25, partially because they were offering free carriage.
When they arrived they were finger length completely slimy and rotten, when I contacted them they said post them back for a refund (I paid the postage).
I received a cheque for £15 69, I had to contact them again and they refunded the rest!
Then on one of the TV channels I happened to see they were selling them, massive clean plants that did not fit on the presenters hand, they were massive the plants not his hand!.
There definitely is some thing rotten about this lot!

@ Jimmmy - I'm surprised to read about your problems, I've been using them for years and have always received good quality plants.
I will not be using them again, too many problems with poor quality & mis labelled plants. Their seed germination is very poor also.
Very hit and miss with T&M, I bought 3 climbing roses which were the wrong variety, they replaced them but I'd lost a years growing time and the replacements haven't flowered yet - we'll see. More positively I bought 3 hardy bareroot geraniums and got 5.
