Help identify hoe - manufacturer, age quality? suitable handle?

I've inherited a hoe with an inscription and logo of a hedgehog.
Is this a quality hoe, who made it and when?
I've now go to look for a handle for it. Any suggestions also welcome

Indeed it's Cornelius Whitehouse. I'll ask them for dating. I think I can assume it's a quality hoe.
