These usually "tough as old boots" shrubs are dying off rapidly, the leaves yellowing and drooping. and it is spreading quickly.Has anyone else got this and is it likely to be fungal, viral or bacterial ? I am tempted to cut them right back .... I'd like to know what I'm dealing with.
