Lupins
in Plants
Good afternoon all. Lupins I planted from a root plug in about September are looking a bit leggy. Is there anything I should do with them to ensure a strong and bushy first year plant?

Never grown lupins from plugs, but leggy plants are usually seeking light and pinching out the growing tips will promote bushy growth.
Without knowing the size of the pots maybe repot and on warm days bring out to a shady, sheltered place, returning at night. Seems a bit early to harden off outside the frame.
Hope that helps.
