Hey

 

I'm currently doing a university project on donating fruit and veg to food banks. I want to make it possible for people who grow their own fruit and veg to donate whatever they can/want to their local food bank. I am looking for help on a project name.

    My local food banks say packaged food only.  That is tins and packets and jars.  Are you sure your local one has facilities for storing veg and fruit?

    The fruit and veg that we have given to our local Superstore and Church are required to be in tins i.e. preserved. Grow your own would be fresh and perishable.

    Another outlet could be Church centres/shelters for the homeless providing cooked meals.
