Agree with Dave - fine to do it now and give it some FB&B afterwards.
been out today all i've done is cut all old foliage off roses i pruned late autumn, all look well and plenty of new growth, shall i leave it at that
I'd say - if it ain't broke Louise...
I'm sure other, far more knowledgeable people here will be able to advise if that's wrong though, because I'm no expert on roses!
update. pruned the rose yesterday, re-potted it and mulched it. hope ive done it correctly ...
