Splashes of very heavy rain interspersed by luverly sun shine. Worked in GH, no coat. Temps last night above freezing (3C) Think it will be the same tonight as well
In the Chilterns, the only song Frank would be singing today is ' Raindrops keep falling on my head.....'. Plans to go up the allotment for some digging, washed away down the hill!
It has been a lovely day here but in North Cornwall this morning they had a blizzard. Temperature still not much in the shade and the soil feels distinctly chilly to the touch..
WManchester- dry & dull all day, washing outside though. Have been sowing seeds for propagator inside house using greenhouse staging as a bench.
I spent a lot of time yesterday, in rain & sun (!) up at daughter's. She now has a pond & 2 side streams, not deliberate, in her back garden after the recent rain. Ok now I have to learn how to cope with a sunny, soggy, clay soil site. Not easy when have a dry, part-shade one here!
This morning there was snow on the cars up there! Only 12miles away, but nearer the Pennines. J.

Hoping it means spring has sprung
Wet wet wet and predicted to get colder again. Very fed up not being able to get outside and get on
Blue skies smiling at me
Nothing but blue skies can I see
Sunshine on the back of my neck
Warm lovely sunshine "eh by eck"
Its much warmer today sorry to boast
Although I see clouds over the coast
Who cares as long as I can gaze
Out of open windows at a heat haze.
Stockton today folks sorry about that Bunny and FloBear.
Frank.
Dry for the present but heavy rain forecast for this afternoon. Am thinking of starting up a business of modelling clay pots.
Depressed of Kent.
Frank, I imagined you playing and singing that
Very cheering.
Rain rain and more of it, ground now sodden again and there doesn't seem to be let up at the moment
Evening all!
