  • Just got in from cutting the lawn before the promised rain arrives! Having a cut of tea and then going out to strim the edges. Lovely sunny start to the day with mist down in the valley, but has clouded over now so I mustn't hang about. Hope the bad weather stays away from you all!

Been away in France for 2 wks, only rained once, it started about 11pm as we were sat on the patio one evening and was torrential all night but had stopped by the following morningimage.

Judging from the paper I read on Monday you guys here in the UK haven't had it so good, looks like it's going to be a nice weekend here in the NW. It was mild in Manchester this evening.

It was like a summers day here in the NW today. Warm and sunny.

  • Quite a nice day here in sussex. Got quite a bit done in the garden. Bit breezy by 6

  • Monday morning!  It's a lovely sunny, still morning in Essex perfect for some tidying up (garden not house) and mulching.

At the moment is very clody and 12 degrees around. The tempeture dropped dramatically from 26 degrees since yesterday!

The weather is changedable and i cannot really notice how the weather will be after an hour

Cold and windy here today. The nights are begining to draw in it was going dark by the time I got home this evening.

Haven't had chance to get out in the garden for a few weeks now, hoping to give it a tidy up at the weekend and clear the GH.

A dry, cloudy day here in the NW.

First time out in the garden for a few weeks. Hedge cut, biennials planted out and the strawberry patch given a tidy, along with other things on the 'to do list'.

Not much left to harvest now, only chillies, a few peppers, two tom plants still producing, aubergines and celeriac, the latter is doing suprising well and is taking on a size bought in shops image .

  • A beautiful day here in sussex. A lovely sunny day. No gardening today, after yesterday helping lay the base for a shed we have had a lazy sunday. Back to work tomorrowimage
