I have been given some Japanese Anemone seeds. Can I sow them in the ground now?

    I wouldn't. They're not quick like annuals. I'd use a pot. 

    Japanese anemone is a name given to more or less any perennial late flowering anemone. Many are hybrids. Do you know what you've got?
