Ooops! My bad!

So, my daughter and I ventured into Morrison's to find something scrummy for tea. We emerged having spent £10 on 3 clematis and 4 terracotta pots......and we forgot to buy food! Ended up going to the chippy! image

Surely I'm not the only one to have done this?

No, I actually do really rate Morrisons for plants, especially trees.  We have a lovely little apple tree of tidy habit from there, and some olives and bays.  I could've done the same!

I do like Morrison's plants, you sometimes get a real bargain. Am not keen on the rest of the shop.

To be honest, I prefer to give my money to local garden centres.image

I'm not really a fan of morrisons for food shopping, personally I reckon you can't beat aldi for price, but we were in the vicinity and it was just easier to pop in. Glad I did!  The clematis were in a better condition than those I saw at the garden centre on friday, and at £2 each, they were considerably cheaper too! As for the 25cm terracotta pots for £1 each, that's also a bargain in my book. Think I'll make an effort to check out their garden section more often. image
