Lovely photos of the ponds, I have a pond and spent far to much time standing there just looking and waiting for movement, so decided to put a seat there, that was a big mistake.

Very pretty Joybell, I could sit there all day.

Love the tree trunks too, what trees are they.

I also love the walled garden....always wanted one of those.

I fancy a walled garden as well. Ridiculous idea for someone that lives in a wooden house in the fens. But I can dreamimage

The white tree is a Himalayan Birch and stays that colour all year round the other is a Tibetan Cherry with lovely bark that peels off like ribbons leaving glossy new bark underneath.  This was a derelict garden so we rebuilt the walls and then planted.image

My pond is so gross and scruffy, a sort of 'hairy armpit' of let it do it itself, I am too embarassed to show it. The piccies of everyones almost Chelsea show ponds leaves me weeping silently in the corner. I might show something sometime, if only for a laugh !
