Well on my journey back from Scotland. I had to turn the radio up VERY loud for Whole of the Moon by The Waterboys, absolute classic even if the truck drivers did think I was mad!!!
Love that one too, Orchid lady. Whilst crocked in bed last few days, I thought it might be nice if we all came up with our all time favourite songs, mine is Sqeezing out Sparks, by Graham Parker and the Rumour. Did struggle to name only one, in fact, I struggled to get it down to my all time top 10.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I have young neighbours who often play drum and bass loudly unless I get my music going first, I don't know what they make of it, one of my play lists goes
Pavorotti - Caruso, Eminem - Just Lose it, Yanni - For all Seasons, Elbow - One Day like this, The Cure - Close to me, Laura Marling - Sophia, Black Crowes - Hard to Handle, Fleetwood Mac - Tusk, Birdy - People, Paul Simon - Diamonds on the soles of her shoes, Mika - Grace Kelly and Rigaletto's Quartet!
My current favourite is Zola - Mdlwembe - no idea what he's singing about but it makes me so happy. Off to add The Whole of the Moon, great track haven't heard it for years, thanks Tracey
I would really struggle with that Punk, I have about 50 songs on my favourites playlist and could add more (including some named on here that I don't have on!). They vary so much, for example to name a few.....Swan Lake, Hysteria, These Arms Of Mine, Seven Wonders, True Blue, Le Onde (Einaudi), Footloose, Kodachrome.......see what I mean
sweet pea fab taste i even love sweet peas too!! off to see little caesar next week .. 1st time been out in an evening since little boy arrived.. that's if i can stay awake past 9 o clock...!!!
