Hi there
I have an outdoor cordyllne plant that was severly damaged by frost a couple of winters ago which died right back to the ground. However, it has regrown with great vigour over the last two years and is about 1.5M+ tall with lots of "baby" plants growing from the stem. When is it safe to remove them and can I then propagate them on to give to friends?

They can be split by hand like perennials, you can do it now just before the weather warms, and the start growing, they split very easily. Just tease the apart and pot them on.
