    Gardengirl: other half made for me a frost protection container for my olive tree.  I filled it with insulation.

  • That looks good a nice cointainer, great lot of insulation, should keep warmer

    was that from a crate?

    More painting on pallet shed today, I could do with some of that insulation in my shed

    The crate was from a paving slabs packing crate, which has been cut down to fit the pot.  The insulation was left over from building. So good to use things that otherwise go to waste, as you know.

    This is my pallet shed has taken a while, leant a lot so far when building it still more to build

    now painted cuprinol garden shades urban slate

  • Thanks Zoomer, on my plot if you look the other side of shed in front of shed lots of piles of pallets for fencing, some bits taking shape

    I am impressed with you getting the pallets a part , when I tried I just destroyed the wood only good for the fire

  • There was lots of sawing of planks some bits have small splits but mainly thanks to the pallet tool got most of the wood of the pallets good

    It will be great when done to have somewhere nice to go to shelter
