White fly. how to get rid

Last year all my cabbage and sprouts were ruined by white fly now they have invaded my seedlings that I've planted in the greenhouse and conservatory, I have got those sticky yellow white fly traps up but everything is covered in the blighters any sugestions on how to get rid.
