Cinara Picea

Hi ,

I have an infestation of (I've just found out the name)  Cinara Picea on my spruce tree

they are multiplying by the day. They look like very small beetles but are in fact Aphids . Has anybody any ideas on the best way to get rid of them ,they are quickly getting out of control. I would be obliged if you could give me the best advice.
