Hi
The old stems on last years summer fruiting raspberries have still not been pruned down do the base, can I still prune them now?? What is the best course of action??

Yes, take them out now - leaving the new canes which should be tied in to the supports.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
