  i just planted a jasmine today, its very small at the mo but hoping for some lovely coverage by summer time hopefully

  I planted a new jasmine officinale last year and pruned it back to about 2ft last autumn it looks like a few very tiny buds are beginning to grow but there is some growth coming up from the very base of the plant, should I remove it or let it keep growing.
