Busy renovating my mother's old wooden greenhouse . It is about 40 years old and was built by my father (supplied in kit form by Pratten ltd) who is now 84 but has given me loads of advice on how to do it up. It is 16' x 12' . I reckon yours is 18' x 12' if the panes are 2' square. I have been using my father's old wooden extension  ladders to do the roof and glazing bars today. Previous painters have cracked a few panes so do it myself. I've been on about 3 days now cos weather is good. It just takes time as there are many rotten bits - two roof windows and both gable ends but the doors and risers are ok. I use Ronseal Wood Hardener after I've dug out the bad wood, leave it for two hours, then fill it with Ronseal wood filler +hardener. Then I use a large, flat scraper to scrape off the old paint , prime any bare wood , and then top coat with Crown  Solo One Coat. Will send pics if you like.

Have you sorted yours out yet?
