I didn't receive the insert in the March magazine but it says on the cover that there is an offer regarding a visit to high grove, can anyone let me know what the offer is so I can decide if it is worth me calling and requesting the leaflet. Thanks

    Hello JaneyG. I'm sorry that you didn't receive the March insert. Unfortunately, the Highgrove event is now sold out, but another event is planned. If you phone the Highgrove booking office on 0845 521 4342, they'll be able to supply more details.

    I sent in a card from my last Gardners World mag for a year's subscription for my friend for her Birthday (tomorrow). It was a special discount price (I think £5 for first 6 months then £19 for next 6 months or similar). I've heard nothing and my friend has not had her first magazine yet. How do I investigate this?

    We are going to Gardeners World Live at the NEC and sadly didn't receive our newsletter with special offers and entry card to the subscribers club lounge in our Special June issue of the magazine.

    I also didnt receive the insert in the June issue and thus no entry tokens to the subscriber lounge
