Stretch Hose problems - which connectors?!
Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me as this is driving me crazy!
I bought a 50ft stretch hose the other week, this one:
http://www.stretchyhose.co.uk/product/stretch-hose_2
However, I can't work out how to connect it to the water outlet in the garden! I've got a Hozelock connector attached to the outside tap:
And I've bought this adapter from Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Expandable-Stretch-Adaptors-Connector-Appliance/dp/B00DOLI3BU
Now, I can connect the adapter to the stretch hose, but it does connect properly to the Hozelock attachment, which it does connect, as soon as you turn the tap on the pressure of the water pushes and adapter off.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of the attachment(s) I need or tell me what I'm doing wrong?!
Thanks

Perhaps contact the manufacturers?
Have you tried taking the hoselock connector off?
Most outside taps have a screw thread which most of these stretch hoses are designed for.
If not your local GC will have a range of connectors.
