Early Spring Garden feature

Hi,
I realised that I have a border in my garden that I could use to recreate the Early Spring Border feature from the Feb 2012 edition.
I'm struggling to find some of the plants, and to keep it under the £130 - £175 average cost. Has anyone got any suggestions as to where I can get the plants for within this price range?

Prunus subhirtella 'Autumnalis' x 1
Pulmonaria saccharata 'Mrs Moon' x 5
Anemone Blanda Rosea ' Pink Star' x 45
Crocus sieberi 'Albus' x 30
Heliborous x sternii x 8
