what is this bush, anyone?

Saw loads of them being used as backdrops down the Jubilee Walk in Regent's Park today. About 6 ft high roughly, with dainty little clusters of white flowers that had a touch of pink to the centres (sorry, my phone didn't pick that up too well).
So beautiful when very little else is doing much!
Just curious what they may be...
No idea if scented, as there were too many deep beds in front for me to get up close (though was tempted).

Looks like a viburnum - perhaps V. bodnantense? Not much else in flower at the moment!

Viburnum bodnantense. the cultivar "Dawn" is very pink. If it is more white it is more likely to be "Charles Lamont" although "Deben" is described as white to pink.
Very scented too…. go on step in and try it.
I think the scent depends on the temperature. My "Dawn" could be smelt from 30 ft away yesterday afternoon. about 9c. This morning, just above freezing, I had to get close up.
That does look like Charles Lamont.
We have Lonicera fragrantissima and L Winter Beauty, both in flower now too.
Neither of my loniceras are flowering but the viburnum is. Don't know if it's one of the x bodnantense cultivars or if it's V. frangrans. How do I tell the difference?

Looks like a winter flowering honeysuckle but can't see the flowers clear enough when I enlarge the picture. I had one of these in my old garden, the scent is powerful.
