Bad attack on Pansy Leaf Spot

Hi All

I have been doing a bit of winter pansy TLC today, and have noticed a bad attack of leaf spot. I have been on the RHS website, still not sure what to spray with?

I had this problem last winter, but come spring the pansies grew away normally. I am not sure that there is much you can do as the plants will not be growing much at the moment.

How can you lie there and think of England

Remove the worst affected leaves, don't put them on the compost heap. Spray with a fungicide. If the attack is very bad you may have to throw away the plants.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Thanks Guys. I have put some in the bin. I'll treat the rest and see what happens.
