Watering my greenhouse

Hi I have nothing in my greenhouse off the winter but have just composted the area. It's starting to dry out, should I water the soil or just wait until the spring when I get something in the ground. It's getting a big dusty!

you could just damp the soil but dont over do it and only once in awhile.
