Honey Fungus

I have spotted the pictured Fungi in my garden growing in soil and on grass. is it Honey Fung

    Judging by the size compared to the blades of grass and leaves, I'd say that almost certainly ISN'T Honey fungus so you have nothing to worry about.

     

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Honey fungus has adistunctive smell, is taller and has little ruffs around the stem about half way up. That doesnot look like it
