  • KEF thats a nice snow cover you have, what I used to hate was I was wearing snow boots to just below the knee and the snow was still deep enough for it to get into the top of the boots and so exhausting to try and walk through it,I dont mean now even 50 60 years ago it was a hard walk.

THanks for your kind thoughs in regards to my Son,its melanoma and it was discovered Sept 13/2012.He will be 52 Nov 20.

  • Fab fab pics bill.... I'm part polar beat so would live love love snow like that

  • Living in the south of England we can go years without seeing any meaningful amounts of snow, and when it does snow, blink, and it's gone! imageimage

  • the uk is awful when it snows. We come to a stand still. The trains stop running now if there are leaves on the track. image

  • Where abouts in the south are you ww? Didn't you get any snow last winter?

  • I live in the New Forest. Am retired so when it snows I can stand and stare at it and leave the car in the garage!   And I have always got a freezer full of food and the village shop is 100 yds. away too. Not much snow as far as I can remember. Some years ago there was a run of several years without any at all.
