I don't know about where you lot are but I think this is one of the nicest weekends we have had for quite a while (except for the hail strom late last night!).....let's hope there are more to come With a bit of luck I will get out next weekend and will be able to post some new shots
My avatar is of my dearly departed best friend Oscar - he was a lilac colourpoint. I sadly had to say goodbye to him in 2010 after 9 wonderful years. H e is dearly missed.
It's my first time ever posting a photo.Think one might have worked but not the other.I love this thread looking at the photos and reading the posts.I'm not a photographer but like to take pictures in my garden.
Hope it's not the snow pinkquartet! Was the snowy pic from last winter? There's something rather lovely about undisturbed snow on pots and fences. I love the way snow blankets noise but it's a pain when you have to go to work in it
Nice tulips and daffs - reminds us all of what we have to look forward to in a few months.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Having problems replying. It keeps deleting my post as I have just finished it.I'll try again. The photo was on 23 March last year FG I love the snow undisturbed as well but I can walk to work and so can most of the children I work with so it's carry on as normal.Hope it's not as bad this year.I'd rather have the spring flowers.
Lovely photo archie.
Am thinking I'll have to introduce myself as I've only submitted a few posts but have been reading the discussions for a while.Might pop over to the forkers and join you all there.

Can't believe it worked even if I sent the same one twice.I was going to say I wonder which one we will see first this year.

What lovely pics everyone. Love the fox and the snow pics. Love undisturbed snow too, get quite upset when someone walks accross my front garden.
