Should i leave nettles in a wild flower patch or chop them down?

If it's not too late, chop them back before they seed all over the rest of the garden
In the sticks near Peterborough
Cut the seed heads off. Leave them where they are for the spring for butterfly larvea to feed on.
If they get too much you can dig some of the roots out durin the winter.
Some nettles self seeded in a pot in my greenhouse so next year I am going to set that pot amongst my wild area so I'm including them but they are restricted.
